“Our vision is a Glasgow where Black and Ethnic Minority communities have equal access to mental health support, feel empowered to seek help without fear or stigma, and can thrive in a society that fully recognises and respects their wellbeing needs.”


OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide compassionate, culturally competent mental health and wellbeing support for Black and Ethnic Minority communities across Glasgow.
We work to remove stigma, reduce barriers to care, and create safe spaces where individuals can be heard, understood, and supported through therapeutic programs, community education, advocacy, and holistic wellbeing initiatives.
